My daughter(4) loves my spoons. So she says.
I have to go look in her small wooden kitchen cabinet when some are missing.
And there they normally are kept.
This is her very treasured kitchen that she keeps updating and renovating.
(when my daughter is asleep)
I can never replace this process with mold casting technique to have them all perfect. No no..
Have a lovely day.x

I love these spoons too! The one with the bird's head is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely! Molding them would rob them of so much of their character. They are delightful, and I have to laugh at your sweet little daughter…when my son was little he carried an old wooden spoon with him everywhere for a year, and if anyone tried to take it away he would cry and cry :)
ReplyDeleteThey are so divine, and it doesn't surprise me in the least that your daughter is captivated by them enough to hide them safely. She'll have such fond memories of them when she looks back to her childhood. Beautiful heirlooms. And no... don't you dare create a mold for them!! There organicness is what makes them so amazing xx
ReplyDeleteI can't blame your daughter, I love them so much too!xx
ReplyDeleteso beautiful, the spoons are just so nice!
ReplyDeleteand the kitchen... a girl´s dream.
