Happy New Year!

A happy new year to you all!!

I am back to working with clay as of yesterday.
It was nice to feel the porcelain clay in my hands again :)

I made a tea light candle holder, a coffee cup and two dishes.
Maybe one for a large creme caramel, the other for cherries? :)

Pizza time with a dear friend visiting from interstate :)
The gorgeous water jug is from carnevaleclay
Not in the photo but its matching cups are so gorgeous too!

A Christmas present from my friends : a 50 years old day bed in excellent condition from an Antique shop. LOVE it! Why did people stop making beauties like this...?

During the Summer holidays, I finally found time to work in the back yard which was found so neglected when we moved in 3months ago. This corner, the ground and all the walls and trees were covered by over-grown vines and the area was not accessible with stinging nettle and other weeds to my knee level. Now all cleared. I did not realise how big the space was!
I am building a raised garden bed and a coffee corner under the hanging candle lights. :) Still lots to do but very rewarding!

Have a good day!
x
Erin
